Get Smart

[This is being cc-d to all my Twitter feeds.]

After developing a fairly adverse reaction to my existing course of medicine (to treat a chest infection) I spent some time at the Hospital yesterday, and am now on new drugs. However, it will be some time before body returns to some semblance of normality, which has not been helped by my recent elbow/wrist injury.

As a result, I’ve taken the following decisions:

  • I’ll not be blogging (apart from this post) until the weekend at the earliest, which should allow a return to Normal Service on April 23rd,
  • I’m not using Social media EXCEPT to continue posting already created content. That is currently a day behind and will be updated today, and then run as scheduled for the rest of the week,
  • Last week’s Poetry will be back-posted in its correct positions (April 14/15) at some unspecified period in the next seven days.

I’ll see you all, bright and early next week, (hopefully) completely fit and well.

Walk Away

I’ve decided, after being diagnosed with a chest infection, to take a short break from daily posting. I will still be working on Short Stories during this time, and hope to have the first completed for publication on Friday.

Normal scheduled content will continue to be posted on Twitter.

Hopefully, I’ll be all better by the end of the week ❤

Health Advisory

If you’ve been paying attention, you’ll know I have a medical issue that’s now become something that requires fairly swift intervention. As a result, I may be in Hospital for surgery as early as next week, but it is more likely that I’ll be dealt with around the 16th. This had the potential to but a bit of a crimp in my plans for the Patreon, but I refuse to let that happen.

I am planning to launch regardless on June 1st.

What this does mean is that I am a bit behind on the Blogging Guide, but the plan is to publish two parts this weekend and effectively get up to date that way.

If you want to keep informed on developments, following the @AlternativeChat Twitter feed will keep you in the loop 😀
